This is a BioRuby plugin providing FALDO location RDF output method for Bio::Location objects. A method Bio::Location#rdfize is added.
Note: this software is under active development!
gem install bio-location-rdfize
To use the library
require 'bio-location-rdfize'
The API doc is online. For more code examples see also the test files in the source tree.
