Given ontologies such as http://objekte-im-netz.fau.de/ontology/common/ can only be supported by automatically extracting mapping from them.

Collect ontologies in a triple store
Run SPARQL query to extract alls subClass/superClass links
Filter to get hierarchy up to the first CRM class
Print out as knowledge graph
