Maybe an issue with the DM being wrong, to check when @HendrikGC02 's DM reprocessing is done

The bug seems to be caused by the ephemeris used. Affected epochs use an older TEMPO1 ephemeris that gives warnings:
"Warning #1: [PAR2] Have not set a DM epoch. The period epoch will be used instead. J1902-5105_OG.par
Warning #2: [CLK10] MJD is outside of UT1 table range (MJD 60844.059859) "

Using a newer TEMPO2 ephemeris or one that was used in any of the unaffected epochs resolves the warnings and the plotting problem.
