The nf-core/ExoSeq documentation is split into a few different files:
installation.md- Pipeline installation and configuration instructions
usage.md- Instructions on how to run the NGI-ExoSeq pipeline and elobrated information regarding available parameters
output.md- Document describing all of the results produced by the pipeline, and how to interpret them.
processes.md- Docs describing each process run in the pipeline.
