APK download?

Your Readme says one could download the APK following "this link" – but unfortunately, that's not possible for everyone:

• it needs a Google Account which not everyone has
• in some countries, even the network connection to it is blocked
• some people prefer not to have Google in everything 😉

Would it be possible you'd tag your releases and attach the APKs there? Thanks for considering!

PS: having the APK available there would also make it possible to add your app to the IzzyOnDroid repo, so above mentioned people would have an easy way of obtaining it and keeping it updated with ease.
