Unable to save walked polygons (occassionally)

My company has encountered an issue sporadically where an individual will attempt to walk a polygon but NextGIS will not show their path, nor will the save icon respond to button presses. So far I have been unable to replicate this problem consistently.

Clearing the cache and reloading the layer does not help with this problem occurs. I do not believe it is a syncing issue, as it occurs when no wireless connection is present. I am stumped. We are using version 2.5.6.10.
