Smart picker for inserting embeddings

We should integrate the smart picker to easily insert elements to the whiteboard.

I see two options there:

• As a button added to the menu bar
• Directly in the empty embedding view (as @grnd-alt suggested)

Best would be to see what the easiest approach is for now.
