[Bug]: sidebar doesn't work for photos

Bug description

The sidebar button doesn't work when I click on it while opening content from "Photos" section (nexcloud.example/apps/photos). Nothing happens when I click on it. I see the next error in the web console:
«TypeError: t.substring is not a function»

However, it works fine when opening the same file from "Files" section.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to "Photos" Section.
2. Click on the sidebar button.

Expected behavior

The sidebar should open without errors.
