related to this log when use email with '+' plus sign : Only the following characters are allowed in an Login: "a-z", "A-Z", "0-9", spaces and "_.@-'"

I have various email addresses with + in them in my test environment which are working.

@TOTOleHero What user backend do you use?
Because this error should only happen if you try to set the user id to that value. This is forbidden for good reasons.
Best case here is to use an uuid for the user id, depending on your user backend you can then still use the email for login.

we create new user via URL : /ocs/v1.php/cloud/users with userid as email

we use email as an ID because ... it's unique for one user.

and the message return error using '@', i think it's to use email as userId

As said its not recommended not really supported to use the email as the user id.
That is because a @ inside the user id will make the user id a federated user id (and can cause problem in some places).

Also the user id cannot be changed - unlike email - and is not private.
User ids might get exposed to the public, so we strongly recommend using UUIDs for the userid.
