[Bug]: Can not create new folder in move/copy file picker without keyboard access #57835

Bug description
When moving/copying a file I get a file picker. It allows me to create a new folder. There is no button to confirm the name and create the folder. There is only a button to clear the input.
Steps to reproduce
- Open Files
- Open the context menu of a file
- Click Copy
- Click + at the breadcrumbs of the file picker
- Enter new folder name
- ???
Expected behavior
A button to confirm my choice
(If I have access to a keyboard I can press enter)
