Expose folder actions when inside the folder #57752
Description
Related to #53342
The newly introduced dropdown menu in the breadcrumbs/path bar should include all possible actions on a folder, so in addition to the ones already there:
- Add/remove favorite
- Details
- Manage tags
- Rename
- Move or copy
- Set reminder
- Open locally
- Download
- Delete folder
And anything else that might normally be accessible.
For all of them, after the action has been performed, any associated state in the UI should refresh automatically.
When moving the folder, it should open the folder in the new location. When deleting it, it should open the parent folder.
