[Bug]: Status bar icon shows state inconsistent with current application status (Linux) #7298

Bug description

In the below screenshot, Nextcloud Desktop is reporting 3 different statuses:

  • Application is reporting "Syncing file 4 of 5"
  • alt text is reporting "Waiting to start sync"
  • Tray icon reporting ✅ i.e. all synced.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Sync files
  2. observe status bar icon
  3. hover mouse over sync icon

Expected behavior

Expecting the status in all locations to be identical

Application: syncing
Alt text: syncing
Tray icon ♻

Linux
