Describe the bug
At one point we have to migrate the app to Vue3.

Preliminaries known so far:

Migrate from vuex to pinia (feat: Migrate vue store from vuex to pinia #1398)
Migrate from webpack to vite
Find a vue3 wrapper lib for sortable.js. (https://github.com/Alfred-Skyblue/vue-draggable-plus, https://github.com/MaxLeiter/sortablejs-vue3)
