Make forward-container request adjustable for newrelic-infrastructure-subchart

Description

We'd like to be able to set the resource section for the ksm pod separately for the ksm container and the `forwarder´.

Using the nri-bundle, it's possible to specify resource requests for the forwarder of the nri-kube-events subchart, but the same is not possible for the same container in newrelic-infrastructure. There, it's only possible to do it for both. Since the forward container uses less cpu requests than necessary in our setup, we'd like to set the values separately.

Acceptance Criteria

• Be able to change resource requests in kubernetes for forwarder container separately of the ksm container in the newrelic-infrastructure subchart
