Creating a task always lists the storage from root(/) while users might have access to list the root

Which steps are required to reproduce this issue?

• A user might not have permissions to list/access the / (root) folder on remote but most probably would have access to home or some other folders.
• Task creation page always drops me to the / folder of my remote which I don't have access to, thus the folder selection step could never be completed.
• Could we have an option to select either / or the home dir (similar to the Go to option provided by the Remote explorer) or maybe allow specifying the remote path manually instead of going through the folder selection process/UI.
