NOTE: This project is entirely the work of Scott Horlbeck and the UNM Health Sciences Library and Informatics Center.  I wanted to make a couple of minor changes so that it would play well with Rails, and asked Scott if he would mind if I created a git repo to house it.  He graciously consented.
