Hi! I'm using the model of Cowan-Wilson and I can change the default parameters if I need it... I'm trying to fit the correct values to make my functional matrices as similar as possible to the experimental ones. Are the values "neural mass model parameters" set specifically according to neurobiological reasons?, or have they been chosen randomly?. Besides, if possible, I would be very thankful, could you give me a reference about how to set a list of parameters in the neurolib WC model in a such way that I get a comparable functional matrix? Thanks for everything. |

I still do not know the reason for the default parameters in the model, however, I had not read the document of this library, it provides a solution for my question "how to set a list of parameters in the neurolib WC model in such a way that I get a comparable functional matrix": https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12559-021-09931-9 And also, the examples given in the GitHub repository are very useful. I hope others can find these references in case they find themselves looking for answers in the discussion section first. Thank for reading |
