Plot showing peaks across chromosomes should have mirrored y-axes: one with a fixed y-axis height, the other keeping the current flexible axis... this link might explain how to do this: https://datascience.stackexchange.com/questions/73894/mirror-column-plot-with-different-y-axis-in-ggplot
