Possible to force dark mode?

Hello,

Is it possible to force dark mode as the only theme that can possibly be displayed? Not a defect by any means, I just don't want my site presented in light mode - ever.

Under component folder there is a file Layout.js. I added a line after line 18 as below.

Basically it's uses a local storage variable theme to determine if dark mode enabled or light mode. Initially when you load the website there is no theme variable exist. The variable initiates when you click the change mode button. What i did i initialize the theme variable on website load.
