This updates the section on
:timeless
predicates in PDDL 1.2 that curently statesIt now adds that due to the closed world nature, anything not specified is implicitly false. By adding a timeless predicate, not only is it now visible to the domain, it also cannot be changed (unlike a regular predicate in e.g. a problem's initial state).
