Extreme difference in traffic analyzed in the flow exporter

Hi,
I have set up the flow exporter according to the instructions, but for IPFIX instead of a packet capture interface.
I see an extreme difference between the real traffic and the one I see in Grafana.
In total I have about 100GBit/s outgoing in Grafana but I see a maximum of 12GBit/s

What could be the reason for this?

What kind of data is needed to help with this?
