Update the content for our project examples

What needs doing?

Plan

• Kat to provide draft new structure using some existing examples.
• Nick to create viewable version for those examples.
• Invite people to view and say whether new structure feels like it works (Kat to write intro explaining type of feedback needed).
• Change or amend structure or revert to old structure based on feedback
• Decide on some grammar styles (oxford comma, bullet point upper or lower case, full stop or not) - created new issue Choose Grammar styles #512
• Kat to revise examples and create new examples to cover: content design projects, user research training projects,
• Ask company if there are any other key types of projects that should be included and create new examples if so
• Decide if any of current examples need retiring (possibly The Advocacy People if site no longer exists)
