Description of issue:

Any tripwire hook dupe I try dosent work. How do I re enable tripwire hook dupes

This dupe is not working in NeoForge due to how we implement the ability for modders to register custom shears.

This implementation can not be changed, and implicitly fixes the duping mechanic-
We have no intention of re-enabling this duping mechanic as it would break all modded custom shears.
