For some reason, an overlooked issue from Forge1.19, minecraft:wooded_badlands is not contained in c:is_hot/overworld(forge:is_hot/overworld) biome tag.

Oops, that was resolved in 1.21

Oops, that was resolved in 1.21

Sorry, misunderstanding. The issue is actually about c:is_hot/overworld, not c:is_dry/overworld.
