[MC-1.20.4/NF-20.4.234] LeftClickBlock does not fire correctly

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start digging a block
2. abort digging the block
3. Start digging the air (aka, punch), do not let go of the left mouse button
4. Retarget the previous block
5. Let go of the left mouse button

Description of issue:
In step 4 the LeftClickBlock event does not fire with the START action (both Client and Server side).
In step 5 the LeftClickBlock event does not fire with the ABORT action (Server side only anyways).
This only happens when the same block is targeted in the described way. If the target block changes for step 4, the events fire correctly.
