Blockchain starts fine, new blocks are created.

When I start ton-http-api manually, while running local TON, I get this:

ERROR | pyTON.worker:report_archival:136 - TonlibWorker #000 report_archival exception of type TonlibError: LITE_SERVER_NOTREADY: cannot find block (-1,8000000000000000) seqno=3459: ltdb: block not found (last known masterchain block: 656)

How to solve this problem?

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this behavior.
Could you please provide the OS version and architecture?
And the exact steps of how you start ton-http-api manually. Thanks
