Hello @kyle-levis, this project is not officially abandoned but is still currently implementing a driver that is not maintained anymore. If you are willing to integrate Neo4j in a Symfony project, I would recommend to go with the neo4j-php-client that has been redesigned to use the latest features of the storage engine.
Also, if you plan to integrate it to Symfony, I'm sure the community will be more than happy to see it !
