I think we should have a way to list what plugins are installed. You can see the hooks installed with nebari info which plugins do add to, but it doesn't show the plugin, just the hook. As you can see below the mlflow plugin has 2 hooks.
Maybe we could have the 3rd party plugins highlighted in a different color in nebari info and/or add a separate command to just list the plugins. e.g nebari plugins list which would list something like the below or just add the following to the nebari info output.
