[ENH] - Move integration tests to its own test suit

Feature description

Running the local integration tests manually is challenging since a lot of information is required to make the tests work. Think that we could do to address this is:

• Move the cloud provider deployment tests from pytest to simple workflow files;
• Create a make file to sell setup and run the integration testsset up

Value and/or benefit

Help decrease the burden of testing and releasing. This also would be helpful to start our black-box testing steps
