Allow Style Rules to Provide Detailed Options

Currently, users can only toggle whole style sheets on or off. To provide more fine-grained display options, it would be necessary that style rules may be individually toggled, or even allow exposing specific style field values as user options. For example, a feature color, label text, or line thickness may be exposed as user controls for a style rule in the future.
