Is it possible to run Novoplasty in parallel threads? As it's taking a lot of time during the Hash table generation, is there any other way to speed up this process. Between, I am using novoplasty for assembling mitochondrial genomes from a Snake species.

Thanks for your support in advance.

Not at the moment, do you have many datasets to run? If you have very large WGS datasets, you could use the max memory option, to subsample it, because you will probably a crazy high coverage of the mitogenome
