Issue: Metrics disappear when the ontology is parsed.

When running ncbo_ontology_process -o ACRONYM, the ontology gets processed, and the logs indicate that metric calculation is done; however, the metrics do not appear on the API side.

Consequently, when running ncbo_ontology_process -o ACRONYM -t run_metrics, the metrics are populated correctly. However, the metrics are removed when ncbo_ontology_process -o ACRONYM is run immediately after.
