Current deployment only has browsable web pages at pins/conda/napari-vX.Y.Z. It would be nice to have some barebone indices in the parents.

Where do you access the browsable web pages?
When I click the link in the right hand sidebar of this repo, http://napari.org/pins/conda/napari-v0.5 , I get a 404 file not found error (and the same for http://napari.org/pins/conda/napari-v0.4.19 )

I made a mistake in the last commit so the URL changed a bit. I'll fix it, but for the record it is / was at https://napari.org/pins/conda/napari-/napari-v0.4.19/
