Support multiple languages

Hi folks, would it be possible to put some of the language settings in the config file?

For exmaple in neatoVacuumRobot.js there is a text string for "Clean the".
As I'm using German within my homekit app, I'd love to change that text string to something different.

Not sure, how that config would be exposed in the homebridge config, or whether a separate config file would be required just for the neato plugin.

I agree, same with french, not very natural to "clean the" cuisine :)

Added hard coded language support for en, de, fr in #65 .
Note that independently, accessories can always be renamed manually from the plugin defaults in Homekit.

Default would be "Sauge Küche" or "Aspirer cuisine" now...
