NanoVNA-QT does not work on Mac M1 Monterey #31

Installed using the latest from https://nanorfe.com/downloads/NanoVNA-QT/v1.1/NanoVNA_QT_MacOS.dmg. The app is dead and non-responsive. OS is 12.6.2. Is the software tested at all? Any advice on a working version or installation would be appreciated.
