would be great to include the rich text editor in the response box.
currently is only available when creating the ticket, but not when replying them in the front end page.
could be usefull to allow image and links insertions when replying
thanks

Just to inform you as might not aware of,
At present you can add link in response fields using pure HTML:

<a href="http://link-to.site/">a link</a>

BTW, it's a good feature request. We will think about it.

anyway, for the end user it may be a hard task to add pure html, so I keep my suggestion :)

in the kind of support that I offer frequent use of images, screen prints. can not attach images in the response field. Any idea?

@CarolinaKadix The feature is under development now — got some caveats, but hopeful inshALLAH will come to any of the future releases. But with the editor in the response field, the attachment with the response won't come until #4 is closed.

But for screenshots, you can use and suggest "Lightshot Desktop". It is cross-platform, and have a Chrome Browser Extension also (Download Link). You can take screenshots and can even upload to their cloud for free at once. And then you can share the URL for reference.

Example: http://prntscr.com/o1uuyt

If you don't want to install the software, you can use any screenshot and can upload the image to their site, and instantly it will produce a sharable public link, you can use the URL in your response box for reference.
