Here is the error I am getting:

$ sudo ntfsx -a

  1. /Volumes/FloodTB 3) /Volumes/MobileBackups
  2. /Volumes/Macintosh HD 4) /Volumes/My Passport
    #? 4
    You picked /Volumes/My Passport
    Volume My Passport on disk4s1 unmounted
    Volume on disk4s1 failed to mount
    If the volume is damaged, try the "readOnly" option
    The file /Volumes/My Passport does not exist.
