Feature request: I would like to have a command that sends a text message into local chat that all within chat range can see. I want to give the user the option to send emotes that are coincident with each animation in animation sequences set up to play by the timer. The developer should have the option to give the user the ability to turn the emotes off so that animations could also play silently.

There is a small script (written by Deneby, I guess) that is able to use llOwnerSay, llInstantMessage, llRegionsSayTo, llRegionSay and llSay. (I can give it to you if you IM me (slmember1 Resident) inworld (SL),
Nevertheless I could think of some improvements.
