OpenGD77 Support

Consider adding the OpenGD77 CPS to the supported import files generated by cps-import-builder. The OpenGD77 project can be found here: https://github.com/rogerclarkmelbourne/OpenGD77CPS. @rogerclarkmelbourne has been making regular releases to this open source, community version of the CPS for the Radioditty GD77 and GD77s radios. OpenGD77 appears allow import of channels and talk groups only for now - no zone support.

FYI:

OpenGD77 uses a dedicated CPS. The CPS allows import of and direct manipulation of entries.

However the scripts supplied by Colin (G4EML) are used for csv imports/exports. These generate a g77 file directly.

  This is the main mechanism for using csv files, not the one in the CPS.

Its notable that openGD77 operates much more like a Ham radio than a DMR radio. E.g. only ever one entry needed for a channel not one per talkgroup. So you'll have to take that into account.
