workspace grid in overview overlaps on secondary monitor #255

Setup:

  • Have a second monitor (mine has higher resolution as the original one) attached
  • Switch on “Show workspace grid in overview”
  • Go into Gnome overview

Expected:

have the workspace matrix above the current workspace preview window on all monitors

Actual:

  • On the primary screen everything is fine: I can see the workspace matrix in the upper part of the screen
    primary
    and the current workspace preview below.
  • But on the secondary screen the preview overlaps (and hides) part of the workspace matrix: secondary

This somehow affects usability.
