This is already experimentally implemented in whisper.cpp (https://github.com/ggerganov/whisper.cpp#speaker-segmentation-via-tinydiarize-experimental), and the current version of whisper.cpp in theis repo does support it. I think we'd just need an accessable override from the ts side and passing in a true/false parameter on the cpp side
