Minimum Android Version

Let's decide on the minimum version supported for Android.

The key point is that Android uses different menu types for Android 2.x-3.x and 4.x

Could just end up as a documentation issue, i.e.:

For Android 2.x-3.x, please use a <menu type="context">. For Android 4.x, please use a <menu type="toolbar">
