We might want to know something about TagFS besides the tagdb, like version info, mount point, location of the copies directory, loaded addons, etc.

This functionality SHOULD use the #LISTEN# file.
This functionality SHOULD use the #QREAD-$$# file.
This functionality SHOULD NOT, however, overlap with actual tagdb queries.
This functionality MUST at least provide the file system version.

Could use the same channel as for Issue #10.
