service port hardcoded

In the service.yaml tpl file,the service port is hardcoded,so the Settings in values.yaml do not take effect.

I can confirm this issue. It cause conflict with port 8080 usage, when running exporter on the host directly (not docker).
-m or --internal-monitoring-listener-address option is ignored in this case.

But README says I can use it the following way.
