We are using the Mutalyzer web service constantly throughout the day and have noticed that on occasion the service becomes unresponsive and halts our general diagnostics workflow.
Latest, on 16.10.2019 between 12:00 and 13:00 we have tried the following Mutalyzer service requests: https://mutalyzer.nl/json/runMutalyzer?variant=NM_000518.4:c.364G%3EC https://mutalyzer.nl/json/runMutalyzer?variant=NM_000518.4:c.364G>C
Both did not work, and after a half hour or so, worked again.
Is there downtime scheduled, expected? too many requests being serviced at the same time?
What might be the cause of this?
