make "Notes" more prominent

Mutalyzer has an important "Note" at the bottom of every page (HGVS nomenclature version 2.0 (notes)). This note will be missed by most. I suggest to make the note more prominent by adding it prominently (in a small text box) to the respective home page, linking to the Notes for more detail. Something like:

Mutalyzer is not perfect, it does not yet accept correct HGVS descriptions using uncertain positions (like c.(6438+1_6439-1)_(6614+1_6615-1)del) or repeated sequences (like c.53AGC[15] or c.53_55[15]).
