Description with steps to reproduce

1. Go to Format>Page settings.
2. Set First page number to something other than 1. Change another setting - e.g. scaling
3. Close Page settings menu
4. Note that first page number has been changed as expected.
5. Open Page settings
6. Click on Reset all Page Settings.
7. Note that First page number setting has not been reset but any other setting has been reset,
