Once we have all of the repos from the organization we might have some tools / helper scripts to help look at the information we have acquired

Tell me repositories in the folder that have 0 files.
Tell me repositories in the folder that have 1 file. (probably readme only projects)
Tell me repositories that specifically have a readme and only 1 file.
^ As a user I may want to consolidate a lot of my readme only projects that do not have any stars into a single repository to help cut down on nonsense and have better stewardship of all of my projects.
