As members, contributors, and leaders, we pledge to make participation in the SereniFi community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
We pledge to foster an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and mentally tranquil community in line with SereniFi's core mission of promoting well-being and peace of mind.
Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment for our community include:
- Demonstrating empathy, kindness, and mental support toward others
- Being respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences
- Giving and gracefully accepting constructive feedback
- Accepting responsibility and learning from mistakes, including apologizing to those affected
- Focusing on the greater good of the SereniFi community and its goal of mental tranquility
Unacceptable behaviors include:
- The use of sexualized language, imagery, or unwanted attention
- Trolling, derogatory comments, or personal attacks
- Harassment, whether in public or private
- Publishing private information without consent
- Any conduct inappropriate in a professional setting, or that disrupts the mental tranquility of the community
Community leaders are responsible for clarifying and enforcing our standards of acceptable behavior. They will take fair corrective action in response to any behavior they deem inappropriate, threatening, or harmful to the community’s sense of tranquility.
Leaders have the right to remove, edit, or reject comments, commits, code, and contributions not aligned with this Code of Conduct. They will communicate moderation decisions when necessary.
This Code of Conduct applies to all SereniFi community spaces and any time an individual represents SereniFi publicly, including through official emails, social media accounts, or at events.
Instances of unacceptable behavior may be reported to community leaders at [email protected]. All reports will be reviewed promptly and confidentially. Community leaders are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of the reporter.
Community leaders will follow these guidelines to determine consequences for violations:

Correction
- Impact: Minor, inappropriate behavior.
- Consequence: Private written warning with an explanation of the violation. A public apology may be requested.

Warning
- Impact: Violation through a single or series of incidents.
- Consequence: A formal warning with outlined consequences for further behavior. A temporary no-contact period may be imposed. Further violations may result in a temporary or permanent ban.

Temporary Ban
- Impact: Serious or sustained inappropriate behavior.
- Consequence: Temporary ban from the community. No interaction with those involved, including via public or private channels, during this period. Violations may result in a permanent ban.

Permanent Ban
- Impact: Repeated, severe violations or harassment.
- Consequence: Permanent removal from the community.
