o.lencr.edgesuite.net is used to check the validity of TLS certs issued by Let's Encrypt.
False positive

I recently started pi-hole in my home network, just for test. And have seen this blocking - you are right.

Uploaded new version of hosts.txt, it should not contain this false positive
